Mutual Aid & Sharing
- Treat borrowed tools with extreme care — return them cleaner than you found them.
- Respect return dates so other neighbors can schedule their projects.
- If a drill bit breaks or a part wears out, offer to replace it promptly.
- Coordinate porch pickups or meet in the courtyard at daylight hours.
Apartment Wall Hanging Rules
UCI Housing permits small picture nails and Command strips. When hanging heavy curtain rods or shelves, use drywall anchors to avoid plaster damage before move-out inspections.
